About Fun4All:

Established on the East Coast in 2019 with just 10 programs, Fun4All has grown exponentially each year. This summer, we’re excited to offer over 200 programs across the nation! Be part of our team and help create hands-on, collaborative experiences in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone.

About the Positions:

All instructors must complete a W-9 form, undergo a criminal background check, and meet any additional state requirements for working with children. Instructors can choose to receive payment via check or direct deposit.

• Ideal Candidate: Our ideal lead instructors at Fun4All typically have several years of experience in education and/or childcare. Candidates must:
  • Have reliable transportation to and from program sites.
  • Be punctual and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Be passionate about working with children and creating engaging, hands-on experiences.

• Lead Instructor Role:
   As a lead instructor, you’ll undergo online training and a virtual orientation to prepare for your role. Most of the training will be completed independently, with one required virtual orientation session.
  • Preparation: All curricula, schedules, and materials are provided. Materials will be shipped to you weekly, and you will be responsible for transporting them to the program site.
  • Responsibilities: Facilitate and instruct children aged 6-12 in Fun4All programs that span a variety of topics, including slime, crafts, jewelry, STEM themes, art, and games. Additional duties include taking attendance, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring safety throughout the program week.
  • Compensation: $35/hour during program hours, plus a stipend for daily preparation.

• Assistant Instructor Role: Assistant instructors may have some experience in childcare or education or be college students pursuing related fields.
  • Responsibilities: Support lead instructors by assisting with small group projects, helping children with tasks, cleaning up, preparing materials, and ensuring participant safety.
  • Compensation: $20/hour.

Program Logistics:
Please note that a scheduled program week may not occur if there is insufficient participant enrollment. To help ensure programs meet enrollment requirements, instructors will receive a promotion toolkit to encourage local sign-ups.
