Join the Fun4All team! We’re currently hiring for lead and assistant instructor positions across the country and would love to welcome you on board.
About Fun4All:
Established on the East Coast in 2019 with 10 programs, Fun4All has consistently grown each year. This summer, we plan on running over 200 programs nationwide in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
About the Positions:
All instructors will be required to complete a W-9 form and undergo a criminal background check as well as any other state requirements for working with children. Instructors will choose whether to receive payment via check or direct deposit.
Our ideal lead instructors at Fun4All typically have several years of experience in education and/or childcare. As a lead instructor, you’ll undergo online training and orientation to prepare for your role. Most of this will be done on your own time, but we will have one virtual orientation that you will be required to attend. All curricula, schedules, and materials will be provided to you. Each week, you’ll receive materials and will be responsible for transporting them to the program site. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating and instructing children aged 6-12 in various Fun4All programs, covering a wide range of interests including slime, crafts, jewelry, STEM themes, art, and engaging game activities. Other duties include taking attendance, making sure the space is organized and clean each day, and monitoring safety throughout the week.
Compensation: $35/hr during program hours + stipend for being prepared each day.
Assistant instructors may have some experience in childcare or educational settings or are college students. Assistant instructors will support lead instructors by assisting with small group projects, helping individuals with their tasks, cleaning up, ensuring participant safety, and preparing materials.
Compensation: $20/hr
Please note that there’s a chance a week you were hired might not happen due to insufficient participant sign-ups. We encourage instructors to help promote local programs to ensure we satisfy enrollment requirements. You will be provided with a promotion toolkit.
Why Work with Fun4All:
At Fun4All, we understand the importance of flexibility in your schedule, making this opportunity an excellent fit for teachers, college students, or anyone needing a flexible summer schedule. As we’re actively expanding, joining the Fun4All team not only provides the chance to contribute to our summer programs but also offers the possibility of remaining in our instructor pool for school year events and future summer seasons. Due to the nature of our work, the number of programs running in your area may vary. You might be needed for just one 5-day program or could potentially work weekly during the summer. Regardless of the number of programs, we offer a rewarding experience where you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. Join us and be part of creating memorable and fun experiences for kids across the nation!
